X5360 BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} From Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} c. to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}3/MJ.6.2.30. 20 HP. CAR FOR 10,000 MILES TEST: X5840 X5360 25%. We wish to reduce the amount of direct braking We suggest this should be done by reducing the length of the lever on the rear brake deferential connecting to the servo cam. The effect of altering this lever is to reduce the total braking by some 8%, but it is considered that this would not be a disadvantage. It will be seen that to alter this lever is very simple.
