to whether or not changing the springs may upset the balance ?

We suggest that you send us 90 springs (10 sets) of not less than 151 lbs. so that we can assemble a service stock of clutches for use with Thermoid faced discs, those removed being tested and fitted with new springs as necessary to condition them for further service.

Yours faithfully,

for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
