x6092. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.3/MA. 21st January, 1935. A.C.Lovesey, Esq., The Hotel Commodore, New York, U.S.A. Dear Lovesey, I trust you had a pleasant voyage over in spite of the somewhat alarming reports one has read about in the press regarding the high seas prevailing on the Atlantic. I have just been reading the S.A.E.Journal for January and notice that there are one or two interesting things regarding electrical equipment. Will you try and obtain for me one of the new Oldsmobile voltage regulators described in that journal. It is called the Oldsmobile " step voltage" control, and has a thermostatic arrangement for altering the adjustment of the regulator. Presumably this is made by the Delco-Remy Co., but I am not sure. Will you also try and obtain for me one Malliner model R distributor as fitted to the Dodge and Desoto cars. Kind regards to Lx, Yours sincerely, | ||
