To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} x 340 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Std.25/KW.18.9.35. SpectreCodename for Phantom III Radiator Pressure Release Valve SpectreCodename for Phantom III II. We have examined and tested the diaphragm fitted to this release valve fitted in the radiator of SpectreCodename for Phantom III II, and find that it will be unsuitable for its purpose. Will you therefore have the parts of a diaphragm taken from production (detailed to LeC.4568), altered and built up to LeC.4600, and then fitted to SpectreCodename for Phantom III II radiator which is at present in the shop. We particularly wish to test this diaphragm on the radiator before it is refitted to SpectreCodename for Phantom III II chassis. The valve outlet to E.87141 should also be shortened by .080" when this diaphragm is fitted. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Std. Att: LeC.4600. | ||
