Sr. has asked me to drop you a line concerning your memo Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/RmII/KW.30.6.36 with reference to the Hall's metal aluminium tin bearings as fitted to the above chassis.

For your information, we are going to dismantle the big;ends of this car on Wednesday next and GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} will examine them and he will then be able to give you the information which you require.

We have taken careful note of paragraph 4 of yourmemo.

Sr. has asked me to inform you that there is no petrol pump noise or vapour lock on his car even in very hot weather.
