Tyre Noises -Phantom III.

We feel that as there is something to be gained by the insertion of rubber between the axle and springs we ought to obtain as such benefit on our other London Trials car 3-AZ-22, particularly as this feature is becoming standard on production.

If you agree would you please say when you can deal with this, and whether we should send the car to Hd{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} who did the job on the other one.
