R.{Sir Henry Royce} A.{Mr Adams} Rothermel Ltd., together with a description and sample of the perfect circle scraper ring which they are offering. Mr. Royce would like you to obtain 2 sets of these and try them out on any engine which you think would afford the best test of their supposed qualities in keeping down excess of oil.
