Brakes - All Cars.
This is to confirm that in all cases the brake shoes are to be made suitable for the use of machine riveting of the bifurcated rivets. This requires a face perpendicular to the rivet axis, and in the case of a shoe made by casting or forging, a boss must be provided to raise the face above the inclined surface.
