PAULIN BENTLEY BELONGING TO
EMBIRICOS - B-27-LE.

Some publicity work is to be attempted almost immediately on this car.

In order to prepare the chassis for this attempt it is necessary to fit the Hartford Shock Absorbers off E.R. Hall's car.

The rear shock absorbers will require some modification to the coachwork, which is being undertaken immediately.

The other modifications necessary are to fit:-

High compression cylinder head
Strengthened type pistons
Large Carburetter Induction pipe
Outside air intake
Oil cooler pipe
Large diameter manifold and exhaust system.

This work is considered to be urgent, as it is suspected that Lagondas may attempt to forestall this publicity run, and it is hoped that it will be able to be undertaken on Tuesday of next week.

Will you please, therefore, give the work precedence over any other job.

Rm. {William Robotham - Chief Engineer}
