EXPERIMENTAL COLD CHAMBER.

We regret that it is necessary to complain of the condition of the cold chamber after being used by the aero dept.

The two pit lamps have been broken, oil and water covers the floor, bits of dirty rags, bolts, pipes, and junk litter the room. The chamber doors also are constantly left open when entirely unnecessary.

We shall be very pleased if you will have the place cleaned and left in good repair, now, and after further use.
