RR 238 (180 BKS.) (DB {Donald Bastow - Suspensions} 451-8-12-24) MP 306975 ROLLS-ROYCE LTD. INSTRUCTIONS. To: E.F.B. Order No.: JC18 Customer's No.: X4617.S. Re Test on Sandwich SX Battery. This battery was taken off chassis 98NK in a discharged condition. The P&R cells showed negative weakness & the Exide positive weakness. A full charge of 150% was given & a Low Rate Discharge through an invariable external resistance of 1.80w was taken & gave 74.7 ampere hours. All the cells showed positive weakness. After a further full charge the battery was High Rate Discharged through an invariable external resistance of .100w Initial amperes = 103.5 Time to 100 " = 8.5 mins " " 90 " = 16.5 " " " 80 " = 21.77 " (contd) Signed This Sheet must be filed on completion of the work. | ||
