Bentley / Mr Barrington} re- Bentley Trials Car No. B-7-AE. Whilst in Glasgow driver Burrage told me that after driving on a very wet muddy day the engine itself gets covered in mud, which appears to enter through the louvred undershield. He thought that anyhow in his particular car - although I suppose they are all the same - the louvres were too open and allowed the mud or muddy water to enter. Possibly you could make some suitable modification to the undershield on these chassis which would prevent the engine becoming very dirty in this way. Cx.{Major Len W.
