X.2778c - MODIFIED GLOVER WIRING. BATTERY CONNECTIONS OF HEAVY CURRENT CABLE.

On the modified Glover wiring in which the heavy current cable is not armoured, the method of marking the two ends positive and negative, as applied to armoured cable for the previous series, is not applicable. As it is very essential that the two leads shall be distinguishable from one another, would you kindly arrange some method by which such distinction of positive and negative cable is effected.

Instructions on this point are rather urgently required by Mr. Bailey's Office.

EFC.
