3-PEREGRINE II EXHAUST SYSTEM.
As the result of experimental work on Peregrine Exhaust System it has been found possible to reduce the size of the silencer considerably as shown on D.S.731 attached.
Will you please modify the silencer at present in course of preparation to this drawing. This is to be used in conjunction with a resonance chamber on the down-take pipe to R.R.scn.295/6 and a longer swan neck without a fish tail.
The rear end of the silencer should be flanged, so that it can be easily dismantled if necessary.
