RE: HEADLIGHT CONTROL.

With reference to Cx.{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager}9/KW.15.2.35. the additional wiring to and from the changeover switch will, of course, demand some larger conduits on the dash, and an alteration to the back cover of the switchbox, therefore we are preparing new detail drawings which we will issue to the Works as soon as possible.

The only available changeover switch we know of is the one supplied by Lucas, as per sample herewith, but the question as to whether it is considered good enough from the point of view of appearance, in addition if it is proposed to mount the switch on the facia board, then it will not match the other instruments. However, no doubt you will consider these points and let us know if you are satisfied with the switch submitted, for if not one will have to be designed and made by RR.

We presume that it is now the intention to fit the footswitch as standard on the 20/25 and 40/50 as well as the additional changeover switch. The footswitch is, of course, already standard on the Bentley.
