S/W Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Over-heating in Rear Part of Phantom Cars. ----- It is rather urgent that we should have some method of over-coming these complaints when we get them. Now that the warm weather has commenced we are expecting complaints - we have already had one. We, of course, do all possibly by making Coachbuilders fit the floor boards, heel boards, etc. close and by fitting asbestos and Sorbo mats, but these are not altogether a cure, one difficulty being that if the boards are very tight in the Summer they get so tight in the Winter that there is great difficulty in getting them out. Could you please tell me when you think your scheme will be ready for application to cars in connection with which we get a complaint. C. | ||
