P.3. COMPLAINTS Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux}3/N.4.3.38

With regard to No.3. under Rattles in Transmission, are you sure that all the trouble is due to dry wheel drivers and not to creaking wheels.

As the wheels have to be removed to get at the wheel drivers, evidence is immediately destroyed. Could you, therefore, on the next car make sure that the wheels are not the trouble before attacking the drivers.
