Y6115 HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/HEW.9/KT. 8th June, 1931. Messrs Lucas Ltd., Well Street, Birmingham. Dear Sirs, Electric Windscreen Wiper. During a conversation our representatives had with Dr. E.O. Turner on the occasion of a recent visit to your works, it was understood that you had now on test a very much improved model of electric windscreen wiper. As we have found the present model, which we have fitted to a number of our experimental cars, to be unsatisfactory, we should be glad to know when it will be possible for us to try one of the improved models. Yours faithfully, For Rolls-Royce Ltd. | ||
