| Petrol Supplementary to Civilian Ration. We have been informed by the Divisional Petroleum Officer that applications for supplementary petrol must from now on be accompanied by a certificate from the Management. Coupons for petrol for journeys done on the Company's behalf will be supplied to employees from the RR. bulk supply. Applications to the Divisional Petroleum Office, therefore, should only be for petrol for journeys between home and works. The management will provide the necessary certificate to accompany such applications, if in their opinion, the use of a car is merited for this purpose.
