"YOUR OFFICIALS NOT ARRIVED ARE THEY COMING TOMORROW"

We also confirm that, as arranged on the telephone this evening, our Technical Representative, Mr. H.W.Irving, will call upon you tomorrow to discuss the whole question with you.
