When we have made the best compromise with the steering by fitting the side steering tube to provide extra flexibility, there has been a tendency for low speed steering wobbles to develop. The only means we have of preventing this is to apply additional friction to the steering. It would always be possible with - Road Test Report. - this design of pivot to leave out the extra friction if it was considered necessary. Run 1,000 miles.
