RE. GOSHAWK SLIPPER FLYWHEEL. X4221

Regarding the alteration to the Goshawk slipper flywheel, I agree that Mr. Bailey mentioned the alteration he had made to the method of securing the slipper flywheel springs, and it was agreed to go on with this.

I was unaware however that the number of springs had been reduced from 16 to 8. This point was not raised, neither is it mentioned in the notes dictated during the discussion.
