To Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} c. to Jnr.{Charles L. Jenner} Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}6/JH.29.12.39. FULL RANGE OF 6 CYLINDER ENGINES. This is to confirm that we want to include in our range of 6 cylinder engines a unit of 2.953 bore to have a capacity of 3 litres. This will of course use the piston and connecting rods from the Thumpett. We want to send Vickers the pictures of the 3¼, 3½ and 3" bore engines when he puts in hand his new patterns.
