RE : BUMPERS.

Re your memo Oyl/DM{D. Munro}4.6.30, the section of bumper preferred by R.{Sir Henry Royce} is half elliptical.

The tubular type is agreed to be unsuitable.

Regarding the bumper fitted to 24-EX. R.{Sir Henry Royce} fears that this may spread the front horns if struck in the centre, and asks for a type of bumper in which this fault is non-existent.
