15. In accordance with memo DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}4/M.26.8.31, the cross member carrying the brake equalizers should be placed 31.500 from the back of dash.

16. Memo EV{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}2/22.8.31 mentions special extra wiring stays, but no design has been received for these.

17. N.Sch.3327 calls for a front apron fitted by R.R. 19-G-IV (10,000 miles) is fitted with one developed by the Exp.Dept. The D.O. design on the lines of F.2. is shown on Sch.1515 and has been instructed for 18-G-IV. Instructions for 20-G-IV. should be held up until Sch.1515 has been approved.

18. Sheet Metal Battery Box to N.Sch.3278.

19. Headlamps should be raised 1.000.

20. N.Sch.3328 calls for Spare Wheel carried on rear of body by Dummy Hub supplied by Derby.

As we have only two copies of N.Sch's. 3327 and 3328 at Derby, (the originals have been returned to W.W.) one set has been handed to F.Dept. for the use of F.{Mr Friese}& D.Depts. and the other to E.Dept. for the joint use of E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} & G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} Dept.

The preliminary instructions for this car must be made immediately and should be made in index sheet form with the standard production sections marked.
