Rolls Royce Ltd., Experimental Dept., DERBY. Files Dear Sirs, For the attention of Mr. C.T. Salt. In connection with the order from your production department 89437 which calls for 1.900 Pistons to your blue print EB.4740, we would call your attention to the fact that the reference on this drawing to our blue print mentions P.451, whereas the skirt form shown on the drawing corresponds to that which in your letter of the 29th March, reference RM{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/CTS.{C. Trot Salt - Carburation}8/MH{M. Huckerby}, you suggest should be known as P.451A. We are assuming that the drawing dimensions are correct and that the reference to our number is in error, but we think it would be wise to have your confirmation of this. Kindly let us have a word from you on the subject therefore at your convenience. Yours faithfully, FOR THE LIGHT PRODUCTION CO.LTD. h.r.Brooks GENERAL MANAGER. | ||
