Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 1/T4.12.26. forwarding copy specification of the above. This does not mean that it has not been sent here, but that I do not see everything that arrives, and possibly R. {Sir Henry Royce} may have received and read it, and still has it hidden away in some part of the house.
