BENTLEY 80. CRANKSHAFT.

Herewith is PD.209, Crankshaft for the 8 cylinder engine.

The journals and pins are the same as Wraith.

A new practice as regards plugging crankpin and journal holes is suggested for trial. There is also a simplified scheme for supplying oil to the big ends, which seems worth trying for cost saving.

The forging has been investigated by HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr}
