HIGH SPEED STEERING WOBBLES.
--------------------------------

Confirming our conversation on the telephone of this morning's date, I have discussed the question of high speed wobbles again with Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}, and it is agreed definitely that providing:-

a/- the steering wheels are balanced,

b/- the tyre pressures are not allowed to drop below 50 lbs, (aiming at say 55) there is absolutely no fear of high speed wobbles being set up.

Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} further points out that our experiments in France, on 50,000 miles running, definitely confirm this point.
