WHEEL CARRIER AT REAR. X.8600
X.8400

We send herewith N.sch. 2402 shewing a modif-ication to the combined wheel carrier and luggage grid at rear to overcome a defect experienced by R.{Sir Henry Royce} in France, the wheel having a [illegible strikethrough text] tendency to climb up the plate.

As this will affect the proposed standard-isation of this carrier we suggest that the modification should be carried out on an existing carrier as quickly as possible.

We understand that at the first convenient opportunity it should be fitted to R's car - 7-EX.
