HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} ) FROM R.{Sir Henry Royce} RH.{R. Hollingworth} ) C. to SG.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} WOR{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} C. to EY. RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} RECEIVED ORIGINAL. 45HP. - CONVERSION MOUNTING. R12/M28.5.31. X7005. E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} is finishing this off, and judging from your yellow car it should be good. It appears that we can get some lateral stiffness from this mounting, but no torsional, but we can well damp the flexibility by the torque reaction damper, and possibly another at the gearbox rear.
