(6) Through being messed about and belonging to nobody, and nobody having any particular interest in this chassis it has departed considerably from the perfection of a RR. car, and I told the driver that I was very disappointed to see it leave Derby in this condition.

(7) I understand that the dynamo had not been working for a week, and yet the car which depends upon battery ignition was sent out incapable of being charged on the road. The dynamo I understand is not a RR. dynamo. The battery was also being used for Klaxon and starting, asking for a stoppage on the road.
