List of bodywork troubles experienced during a test in France.

BODYWORK.

This was the same body which ran on the last test in France. The troubles experienced were as follows :-

Doors flying open.
General water leaks round windscreen and scuttle.
Sideshake of body on frame and collapse of rear wheel arches, which calls for transverse stay between rear of body and frame as used on Ph.III.
Failure of C.S.F. window winder.
Sliding roof catch not positive.
Wire mesh stoneguards under wings broke away.
Luggage flap fouls at bottom edge and nearside catch comes open.
Badly designed for three persons in rear seat as arms next windows are very uncomfortable.
