I have arranged with the Dunlop Co. that we shall use the loose balance weight secured to the outer diameter of the rim on the inside of the wheel by a spring clip, the tyre bead pressing against the spring clip to retain the weight. I have arranged with the Dunlop Co. to make a 72 spoke wheel now that the balance weights on the inside of the rim have been washed out.
