BENTLEY - Independently Mounted Wings & Radiator.

We send you herewith an advance print of Lec.4409 showing the revised bonnet valance strip, dumb iron covers and the front apron for the above.

The design will be officially issued after E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} has finally approved it, but we are sending you this to enable you to fit up B 23 AN.

The dumb iron covers and front apron are to be supplied with the chassis.

Every effort has been made to make the bonnet valance strip easily detachable and rigid in both directions.

We have to send you a design which is almost completed for the lamp bracket and wing stay support using the simplified design already issued for SpectreCodename for Phantom III, and a detail of the wing stay. This you will get tomorrow.

A further addition we have to send you is a scheme for two small sheet metal brackets coming from underneath the radiator to stay the apron transversely.

Att: Advance print of Lec.4409.
