This magneto has been returned to Messrs Norths on two occasions as being too noisy. They have returned it again, but it does not seem to be any different than what it was previously. I would like you therefore to make an independant test of this before I hand same back to EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}, with the object of seeing whether you consider the magneto is now reasonable or not from the point of view of noise, considered on the basis of the old E.O.6. type.
