COPY OF LETTER FROM:- SERCK RADIATORS LIMITED. WARWICK ROAD, GREET, BIRMINGHAM. January 31st 1922. Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd., DERBY. Dear Sirs, With reference to telephone conversation respecting Radiator in hand for you, we beg to advise you this will be despatched passenger train early on Wednesday. We would advise you we have been unable to fit all the screws in the bottom tank as the holes in the special bosses and the tank itself are not drilled true with each other. As instructed by you we tapped the holes for the screws which go into the tank itself and these screws have been put in and soldered over. We trust you will be able to arrange to put the four screws in which we return. We are also returning a small cone fitting which we have received and for which we cannot trace any position. Yours faithfully, SERCK RADIATORS LIMITED. (Sgd) F.{Mr Friese} Hepworth. WORKS MANAGER. | ||
