Weight of Bodies as referred to in Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}1/R.14.11.38. This matter is discussed fully in Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}1/R.14.11.38.

Bonnet Height and Visibility. From the road the B.II is 62.500" B.V. " 63.000" any alterations would necessitate altering the frontal appearance. Both B.II and B.V. comply with the M.O.T. regulations for visibility. The straight ahead visibility for each car is: B.II. 37½ ft. B.V. 36½ ft.

Thermo Electric Starter. Same scheme as fitted to Jaguar is used on B.V.

S.B.V.- 15,000 miles test. Preliminary strip report indicates 80% satisfactory for material release at time stipulated i.e. March 1939. The position indicates we are as forward as with the Wraith at a similar period.

Release of Sections for consideration of Jigs & Tools. 90% has been released and the only large unit not settled is the Gearbox. The frame has been released and dies are about to be ordered.
