To RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}; from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}; Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}7/KT. 2.12.33. PETROL SYSTEM ON THE BENTLEY. We have eleven petrol unions between the tap on the dashboard and the carburetters on the Bentley car. Attached are some sketches showing you what we want to rig up for the Bentley whereby we reduce the piping considerably, and the number of unions to four. This scheme necessitates building up an elbow on the petrol tap and making a modification to the petrol pump casting to incorporate an A.C. type filter, and building up two float chamber lids. Will you please see what you can do on these lines. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
