Chassis Output.

I have received a copy of RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}/EM4/MJ14.3.38 with enclosure concerning future Bentley, Phantom, Wraith, etc.

May I remind you that this note was not received under cover marked 'Secret', and yet is really a very secret document. You have possibly overlooked Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}'s instructions that all memos and letters concerning future production, particularly Wraith, should be marked secret and sent through in sealed envelopes.

Exactly how many at this end have read the memo to which I refer I cannot say, but it was lying on my table amongst other papers without any protection from those who cared to read it.
