Your Ref. Section MGO.11.

Major Carter.,
Signals Experimental Establishment,
Woolwich Common,
LONDON.S.E.18.

Dear Sir,

Referring to the visit of your representative Miss L.Champness, of yesterdays date, we should be glad to have particulars of the choke and condenser for the L.T. battery circuit at your earliest convenience, so that we can put tests in hand for determining the effect of these conditions on the operation of the ignition.

It would be of material assistance if you could loan to us examples of the choke and condenser units you use for this purpose, so that our tests could be made under the correct conditions.

Yours faithfully,

For and on behalf of
ROLLS-ROYCE Limited

CHIEF DESIGNER.
