Re Bumping test of rear of chassis to test the forward frame brackets of the rear springs F4273.

With reference to X. 879, I shall be glad to receive Mr Day's proposal for strengthening the various parts which broke during this test.

In addition to the slight increase in the washer, and possibly reversing the bolts and the nut on the outside, it would be a good opportunity of testing the value of the washers, that we propose to use universally under these flange fittings.

We have sent a better design for this frame bracket which will make the part better, than the one tested.
