Re 22-G-V Stromberg Carburetter. We experienced sticking of the choke and consequent difficulty in starting from cold. It was found to be due to the body of the carburetter having become oval, probably due to the pressure of the clamp fixing the pipe from the air silencer. The trouble was overcome by relieving the butterfly valve at the places where it was sticking. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/I.M.Waller. | ||
