Dear Oy.,

Thank you for your letter of the 28th.

I am sorry R.R. sent a bill with the S.U. carburetter but I think you have interpreted it correctly, as I told them that it should be balanced against the stuff which Cadillacs were good enough to let me have.

I am afraid we have not swung a P.2 car so we cannot give you the figures. With the S.U. carburetter you can get almost any figures you want by copper plating the needle and roughing off with emery cloth where it is too weak.

I am sorry to hear that business conditions are still depressed but I think you will slowly be able to climb out of it as we are doing this side.

It is good of you to write to me by return as you do. I hope I may be able to tell you a little bit about the car supercharger before very long.

I shall be most interested to hear how you get along with improving your power outputs.
