Referring to copy of attached memo. OY6/G25.5.20,

I do not consider we should send the forgings - it rather gives one the impression they are trying to do Experimental work in U.S.A.

If we intend to do anything more with disc wheels we should do it at Derby and not encourage them to go beyond production - a sufficiently wide field for even America to handle.
