20 H.P.CHASSIS INSTRUCTION BOOKS.

DECEMBER.1922.FIRST EDITION. (Stock very low).

Applicable to the first 300 chassis,(40 G1 to approx: 63 H9), which have the original Bendix starter motor drive and are not fitted with RO{C. C. Rose - Export Manager} 1 magneto.

The following leaflets should always be included:-

"Dismantling the Carburetter" (November 1924).
"Starting Carburetter" (No.2/40/50-20).

A leaflet "New Starter Motor Drive" (Bijur) is available, the addition of which for Chassis commencing 301 (approx: 66 H7) renders the book applicable up to Chassis 500 (approx: GA 22).

SEPTEMBER.1923 EDITION. (Stock very low).

Applicable to Chassis 301 (approx: 66 H7) to 674 (approx: G H6) which have the early Bijur starter motor drive and are not fitted with the RO{C. C. Rose - Export Manager} 1 magneto; with the following exceptions :-

1. A new type fan bracket with screw adjustment for belt tension introduced at Chassis 501 (approx: 89 K6).

2. Ballast Resistance transferred from base of Coil to Dashboard and Coil arranged on Bracket beside Ignition Tower at Chassis No.401 (approx: 78 A7).

3. Several Friction Thrust Washers above Pivots in place of one, introduced at Chassis 251 (approx: 65 H8).

The following leaflets should always be included:-

"Starting Carburetter" (No.2/40/50-20).
