+3009 S/W. HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. to Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} c. " Bn.{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington} Cx{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager}2/KW15.6.35. At the last Technical Conference at W. you suggested that you would like someone from S. to go over to France when SpectreCodename for Phantom III was there and get some experience of it. It has therefore been arranged that Bn{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington} and I shall go over as soon as we hear from you the date on which this should be done, when no doubt the car would be at Boulogne to meet us as previously. For your guidance as regards dates I would ask you to avoid the 21st to 23rd instant inclusive, but except for those dates as far as I am concerned, and I believe Bn{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington} - who has not given me any dates of engagements he has - we could go any time. We would naturally like two or three days' notice at least, because engagements are frequently cropping up in the interim. Cx.{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager} -Lueb | ||
