25 HP. REAR APRONS.

With reference to Da{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/Evl/M27.8.31 and Ey4/G28.8.31 the instructions for this were issued from the D.O. on 11.8.31. 19-GIV left here for France on 12.8.31 and it was therefore impossible for this fitting to be made in the time.
We had no previous intimation that the scheme was going through, therefore we could not anticipate it in detail.
