XG573 To BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} from E/JNR.{Charles L. Jenner} c. for. Mr. THE. E/JNR.{Charles L. Jenner}1/HP.2.3.33. RECEIVED [stamp] 2 MAR 1933 [stamp] Bensport J.1. Engine. Please receive herewith: LeC.3396 showing the drilling for the two breather holes between the crankcase and the cylinder block. The reason for making these connecting passages is because we are putting the breather pipe on the rocker cover. It will be appreciated that with the two S.U. carburetters mounted high on the engine this should make the breather pipe neat and simple. E/JNR.{Charles L. Jenner} | ||
