Specification for a material change from Mild Steel to brake drum steel for clutch components on the Phantom II chassis.

We must at once issue new piece numbers for the steel parts which take the friction on the above design at present they are made in Mild Steel but this is unsuitable, we must call for them in our brake drum steel (.6 carbon) and urge delivery for the second L.H. chassis in particular.
