PHANTOM II CHASSIS.

CLUTCH WITH FERODO ON CENTRE MEMBER.

We must at once issue new piece numbers for the steel parts which take the friction on the above design at present they are made in Mild Steel but this is unsuitable, we must call for them in our brake drum steel (.6 carbon) and urge delivery for the second L.H. chassis in particular.

The brinell should be 302-321, this is higher than the brake drum figure to give better resistance to wear.
